After the trip, captain Gordo will clean and fillet your catch free of charge. Kids of all ages are welcome to join, just bring your own life jackets for the smallest of them. You should also purchase licenses before the trip and bring any food/drinks of your choice.

Captain Gordo will give you a unique fishing experience exploring Laguna Madre and the Baffin Bay. Based in Corpus Christ, Captain Gordo is here to take you on exciting inshore and nearshore trips.

Don’t forget to bring sun protection, some snacks, and drinks in order for your trip to be enjoyable. Pack some lunch as well on the full day trip.

You will be fishing aboard a comfortable 24’ Haynie High Output center console that offers a stable and dry ride. Powered by a 225 HP Mercury Pro XS engine, the boat runs fast to the fishing spots. The super quiet Minn Kota Trolling Motor will allow you to get up close to the fish and perfect your cast.

Deposit

A $200 deposit is required to reserve the Bay Fishing date. Cancellation due to weather conditions or unforeseen complications are at the discretion of captain Gordo. In such cases, deposits will be refunded or held to reserve rescheduled date.

Cancellations

Non-weather-related cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellations within 7 days will result in full deposit charge for the charter.

$375.00 per person 2 day minimum and 4 hunters minimum

All hunts for bucks up to 139 7/8 gross Boone & Crockett score are for two days and one night, including lodging and meals. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required for these hunts.

All hunts for 140 and above gross Boone & Crockett score are for two and a half days and two nights, including lodging and meals. A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 is required for these hunts.

Deer Scoring and Pricing

Deer harvested are unofficially scored at the ranch and, if over 140 Boone and Crockett, they may be officially scored by Los Cazadores Contest Scorer, which will confirm the price.
